Lamb Koftas

This recipe is easy to make - so much so a 4yo could do it.

Although be very careful with knives, they are sometimes sharp.

Ingredients

- 400g lamb mince

- 1 x red onion

- 1 x chilli

- 1 x lime

- 1 x handful mint

Method

  1. Chop red onion finely or not, who cares
  2. Chop chilly finely removing seeds if you want to or can be arsed.
  3. Chop mint
  4. Juice lime
  5. Add everything into mince and mix

Cooking

  1. Fry in a little oil or grill until cooked
  2. Do not burn

Serving suggestions

Serve with a nice Greek salad or flat bread.

It's dead easy and everyone loves a ball!
