Preparation
1) Chop 1/4 white cabbage into bite size bits
2) Grate 2 carrots
3) Peel and slice 1 red onion
Cooking / Mixing
1) Add all the vegetables into a bowl
2) Add in 3-4 tbsp of Mayonnaise (or more depending on how creamy you like it)
3) Stir in 1 tbsp of salad cream (if you forget the salad cream then use mustard, I find that dijon works well)
4) Serve or leave chill and then serve
Summary
It's unbelievable how easy this is, and of course you can eat it with anything... but I'd suggest that accompanying it with fried chicken in front of the Superbowl is a great start.
