Let me give you a minute to digest that, as it were. 15 years following its inception, 13 years after its online debut,10 years since I last updated it, and about a day after deciding to do this feature which will be the death of me.....

Also, it's Christmas. Now due to, erm, reasons, Christmas will be different this year. Many people will be seperated from their families. Your beloved Rowland may be one of them. But this is not a reason for sadness, oh no. This is an opportunity, a chink of light in the darkness. Because this year....

That's right, there's a brand new live blog (sort of) of all Rowland's Christmas culinary fun, on his own, with a ludicrously sized turkey, cooking one for the first time. And he's doing it all for YOU. And best of all, it's Christmas Eve and he hasn't even built the (substantially different and more complex) webpage yet. Classic.
