Lemon Thyme

Lemon Thyme is an exotic herb almost impossible to locate in British climes.

Made famous by it's absence on this very website in 2006, it is still impossible to find 15 years later (at least in Aberystwyth it is).

It's hard to say what lemon thyme tastes like, because to date I have never seen a real life example, but I'm told it's delicious with all manner of things, particularly Leek Cannelloni.
