Cookery Corner is the champion of practical cooking with minimal ingredients. It's all about making the most of what you've got. Cookery Corner knows that you all have jobs and lives, and it wants to make your life better. Easier even.

Delia would have kittens if she read this site. But unlike her, I don't want to cheat at cooking. I want to eat well and plenty, without ordering pizza and without spending my whole life doing it. Preferably using whatever I have in the back of the cupboard.

This isn't all about cooking though. Cookery Corner is also home to Rowland's Cookery Blog, which details one man's endless quest for food. And that man is called Rowland.

Finally, and most epically, the Random Reviews section takes, well, anything... and reviews it. Although sometimes, if you're lucky, there may be a cooking theme. Possibly.
